All in the Details

I have worked with different fonts and have come up with a logo! To celebrate I am entering one of the photos I took in Hawaii this month into the Love that Shot monthly contest. This frog was probably a bit traumatized but it made for a great close up. Poor little guy never saw me coming.

Diamond Sun

I am very excited to have completed my new photography concept - diamond sun photography.

I have been wrestling with an idea for years...and I finally took a shot of myself in a mirror using colored clear sheets which created a very cool "sun" effect. I played with the brightness/contrast settings in Photoshop and viola!

My dad recently passed away and what I will remember him for most is his love of video and photography. One of his favorite songs was "diamond sun" by Glass Tiger...
Hence the name.

It may change - but right now I am in love with it.
